Privacy
The short version: we only ask for what we need to help you, we use it only for that, and you can have it deleted whenever you want. The longer version is below, in plain English.

What we collect
When you request the free scan. The scan form is hosted for us by Tally. What you type into it comes to us: your name, email, artist or act name, your main social handle, your distributor, your PRO and publishing status, links to your music, and anything you add in the open question. If you reached the form from an ad or a campaign link, the form may also record standard campaign tags (such as utm_source) and an ad click identifier (fbclid), so we know where the request came from.
When you email us or book a call. We keep your email address and whatever you choose to share in the message or on the call.
What we don't collect here. We don't take payment details on this website. Payments run through Stripe, and calls are booked through cal.com; each handles your information under its own privacy terms.
Why we use it
Only to do what you asked: run your scan, answer you, book your call, and carry out the work you hire us for. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Well Made Plays without your permission.
Where it's stored
Scan requests arrive through Tally and are read over email. If you become a client, the details we need to do your project may be moved into an Airtable workspace we build and keep for you. Tally, our email provider, and Airtable each store this information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep scan requests and correspondence only as long as they're useful for helping you, and we clear out what we no longer need. If you become a client, we keep your project materials for as long as we work together and a reasonable period after, then remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email dougie@wellmadeplays.com and we'll take care of it, usually within a few days.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set marketing or advertising cookies of its own. The embedded scan form and any tools you click through to, such as Stripe and cal.com, follow their own cookie and privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The current version always lives here with the “last updated” date above, and any change applies from the day it's posted.
