The terms, in plain English

Payment. Session fees are charged in full at booking. Anything priced at $597 or below is paid in full. Projects of $997 and up take a 50% deposit to reserve the slot, with the balance due on delivery; that covers the Artist Brand Workshop, the Content Bible, the Custom Dashboard, the Custom Dashboard & Workspace, and the Launch-Ready and Full Setup bundles.

Payment plans. Almost every service can be split into two or three payments, arranged after your call. The only exceptions are the $49 Discovery Call and the $297 Royalty & Revenue Review, which are paid in one go. On a project of $997 and up, the deposit is paid first, and the remaining balance is what splits.

Buying directly. Some fixed-scope items can be bought outright from the website without a call. Those are charged in full at checkout, and the scope shown on the checkout page is the scope you're buying. No deposit applies and no separate invoice is issued first. The $297 Royalty & Revenue Review is one of these, and it's non-refundable once purchased. Everything else still starts with a call and a written scope you approve before paying anything.

The $49 Discovery Call. The call is $49, and that $49 is credited toward any project you book within 30 days, with no carve-outs. If you finish the call without a clearer next step than you came in with, tell us and we'll refund it.

What you get. Each build has a defined scope agreed before payment: deliverables, format, and delivery window are named in writing. Revision rounds are named per project below, and run within 14 days of first delivery.

Ownership. You own every final deliverable: the Brand Bible, the dashboard, the plan, and the files, outright, on final payment. No license, no lock-in, no ongoing fee to keep using them.

No commission, ever. Well Made Plays charges flat fees only. We never take a percentage of your income, your masters, or your publishing. If an engagement ever involves running ad spend, it's a flat setup fee, never a percentage of spend or results.

No guarantees. We bring a manager's experience and a proven system, but we don't and can't guarantee streams, revenue, placements, bookings, or specific career outcomes. Anything built is a tool and a plan; results depend on your execution and factors outside anyone's control. The Royalty & Revenue Review shows you where to look; it's not a promise of recovered money.

Refunds and cancellation.

• Sessions (Discovery, Intensive): reschedule or cancel 24 or more hours ahead for a full refund; inside 24 hours is non-refundable. If you finish a Discovery Call without a clearer next step than you came in with, tell us and we'll refund it.
• The $297 Royalty & Revenue Review: non-refundable once purchased.
• Deposits on $997-and-up projects: the deposit is refundable, less processing costs, until work begins. Once work has begun it's non-refundable.

Confidentiality. Your materials, numbers, and unreleased work are kept confidential and never shared without permission.

Governing law. These terms and every engagement under them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with the “last updated” date above, and any change applies from the day it's posted. The terms that govern your project are the ones in the written scope you approved when you booked it.

Per-project scope

• Career Strategy Intensive ($497): 90-minute session + written 90-day plan + 18-month roadmap. 1 revision round. Paid in full.
• Artist Brand Workshop ($997): 1-2 live sessions + a printable Brand Bible + a collaborator Brand Kit. 2 revision rounds. About 2-week delivery. 50% deposit to begin, balance on delivery.
• Content Bible ($997): a full year of content and campaign strategy in one document: campaign arcs for each release, plus a tour and a milestone, with formats, channels, and a posting cadence any collaborator can run. 2 revision rounds. Delivered inside about two to three weeks. 50% deposit to begin, balance on delivery.
• Custom Dashboard ($1,500) and Custom Dashboard & Workspace ($2,900): built to your catalog, populated, + setup notes, a maintenance guide, a recorded handover walkthrough, and two weeks of setup support (both). The Custom Dashboard is the complete career dashboard (releases, income, shows, tasks, and deadlines on one screen); the Custom Dashboard & Workspace is that dashboard plus the full tracker workspace behind it. 1 revision round. 50% deposit to begin, balance on delivery.
• Royalty & Revenue Review ($297): async review of your royalty/publishing/distribution/sync/merch setup + a written prioritized action plan + a 30-min readout. Diagnosis and plan only, not filing or collection on your behalf. Paid in full at checkout, and non-refundable once purchased.
• Artist Standing Report ($395): a researched read on how the artist's public standing looks from the outside, delivered in two stages: a draft plus an assumption sheet the artist corrects, then the corrected report and a walkthrough call. Depth follows the available public data. Assessment only, never a score, a prediction, or a valuation. Paid in full.
• Workshop visual build (+$400): an optional add-on to the Artist Brand Workshop only. Wordmark, monogram mark, social templates, merch mockups, and a printable asset kit, produced from the Brand Bible. Not a photoshoot. Paid in full.
• À la carte ($397 to $597): each item's deliverable is named on the invoice before payment, or on the checkout page for items bought directly. Paid in full, and can be split into two or three payments on request.
• Launch-Ready bundle ($1,597): the Artist Brand Workshop, the EPK / Press-Kit Build, and the Release / Rollout Blueprint, sequenced as one engagement. Each component keeps its own revision rounds listed above, and the delivery window is named in the written scope before payment. 50% deposit to begin, balance on delivery.
• Full Setup bundle ($2,997): the Career Strategy Intensive, the standard Dashboard & Workspace, and one quarter of the ongoing plan's review. The included quarter is prepaid and complete in itself; nothing renews automatically, and continuing afterward is a separate choice at the ongoing plan's published rates. 50% deposit to begin, balance on delivery.
